These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and purchases from goldtideresearch.ca ("Goldtide Research," "we," "us"). By placing an order or browsing this site, you agree to these Terms in full. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Research Use Only

Every compound sold on this site is intended strictly for laboratory, in-vitro, and other non-clinical research use. Nothing here is a drug, dietary supplement, cosmetic, or medical device, and none of these products is approved for human or veterinary use, consumption, or administration. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice or a therapeutic claim.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract to order from this site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are purchasing for legitimate research purposes, in compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, purity data, and pricing accurate and current. Occasional errors may occur; where they do, we'll correct them and, if an order was affected, contact you before fulfilling it.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion — for example if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if we're unable to verify eligibility. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice; the price charged is the price shown at checkout.

5. Shipping

Shipping timelines, rates, and carrier details are covered in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you once an order is handed to the carrier; we'll work with you on lost or damaged shipments per that policy.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because these are research compounds intended for laboratory handling, we're unable to accept returns once a vial has shipped, except where an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective. See our Shipping Policy for the process.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to represent, resell, or repackage any product from this site as intended for human or veterinary consumption, and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we reasonably believe is violating these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goldtide Research is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, possession, or handling of any product sold on this site. Products are supplied "as is" for research purposes, and it is the purchaser's sole responsibility to handle them safely and lawfully.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Goldtide Research operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
