Shipping & Returns

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Flat rate: CA$20 on all orders.
Free shipping automatically applied on orders over CA$150.
Delivery window: typically 7 business days from dispatch, Canada-wide.
Local pickup is available — select it at checkout for pickup details.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax (13%) is added at checkout. No tax is charged on orders paid by cash.

Order Tracking

Tracking is provided for every shipment. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 3 business days, contact us and we'll follow up with the carrier on your behalf.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a package is lost in transit or arrives visibly damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage. We'll arrange a reshipment or refund once the issue is confirmed.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are research compounds intended for laboratory handling, we're not able to accept returns once an order has shipped, except in the following cases:

The item received doesn't match what was ordered.
The item arrived damaged or defective.

In either case, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description (and photos, where relevant) of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
